The villa is set in a nice friendly little village called Pinar de Campoverde.
This is a well established spanish village, It is set on a wooded hillside and is less crowded than the more developed areas of Torrevieja.
It consists of mainly large detached homes some of whom are year round residents many of which are British, German and Spanish.
The villa is situated within easy walking distance of restaurants, shopping and entertainment, there is also a small shop only 3mins walk away. There is a small street market held on Sunday mornings and to the far side of the village is the famous Natural Area ‘Rio Seca’ where you can walk along the dry river bed and view the spectacular gorge.
Owning a property in Pinar de Campoverde gives easy access to the rest of the Costa Blanca, Alicante province and beyond. Pinar de la Horadada is 9 kms away which only takes a few minutes by car and from there you can join the main A-37 motorway which runs from Alicante to Cartagena, Campoverde village is approx 10mins walk away. The Murcia San Javier Airport is only a 20 minute drive, Alicante airport around 50 minutes – both offer a range of cheap flights to and from Europe.
